Wauwatosa Police call back alleged scammers

WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Scammers have been using a local phone number to target victims so police decided to give the scammers a call back.
A Captain with the Wauwatosa Police Department made the call. The department's non-emergency number was being used to make threatening calls.
He even got the scammers to admit they were breaking the law.
