Wauwatosa: Man arrested after shooting into the air during argument

WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Wauwatosa police say a man was arrested after he fired two shots into the air during an argument with his girlfriend around 2:20 p.m. near Mayfair and Burleigh Wednesday, Sept. 30.
Police say no one was injured.
The suspect is currently in custody.
The gun has been recovered from the scene.
