WAUKESHA (CBS 58)--For those still a little hesitant going back to the gym, some health experts recommend using the great outdoors as a gymnasium. This is what “Coach Carri Fitness” does weekly at Rivers Crossing Park in Waukesha. She hosts “Outdoor Boot Camp” every Wednesday evening. What she teaches is considered a full body workout. A mat, towel, and water bottle are all you need. Individual weights are optional.
Because of Covid, these outdoor classes are limited to eight people per session. If you’re interested in signing up for Outdoor Boot Camp, just click here.
