Meet CBS 58’s Pet of the Week: No Tail
WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Groundbreaking is now set for May 8, two weeks from Wednesday, April 2, for the Christmas parade tragedy memorial that is planned for Grede Park in Waukesha.
Last week, it was reported that the fundraising for that memorial was complete with the help of an anonymous donor.
The groundbreaking ceremony will be held at 5:00 p.m. in the park and the public is invited.
The parade memorial sculpture already stands in downtown Waukesha, a tribute to those who were killed or injured when a driver sped through the Christmas parade in 2021.
