Waukesha man with "will work for beer" sign arrested after failing to maintain absolute sobriety

WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Waukesha man has been arrested after police reportedly located him staggering and carrying a sign that said: "will work for beer."

Police responded to the intersection of Moreland Boulevard and North Street around 2:51 p.m. on Monday after a park and rec employee called to report an intoxicated person.

Officers located the man, later identified as Jeffrey Brennan.

Brennan was previously arrested in Columbia County on Theft of Moveable Property charges. As part of that case, he was to maintain absolute sobriety.

Brennan will appear in court next on June 18 for a Hearing.
