MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Wednesday afternoon around 4:15 Milwaukee County dispatch received several calls from drivers that had been hit by a black Toyota on I-41 north near Mayfair Road.
One of the drivers followed the car and saw it hit a barrier near Capitol Drive and continue driving with a flat right front tire until exiting at Appleton Avenue.
Menomonee Falls Police found the car which never stopped and deployed stop sticks. After having three flat tires, the car finally stopped near County Line Road.
When deputies made contact with the driver they smelled alcohol and noticed a 4-year-old was in the back seat in a car seat.
36-year-old Waukesha man Steven Swieciak blew a 0.147 on the Breathlyzer and was arrested for his third OWI.
