Waukesha Man Arrested for 5th Offense OWI

Jose Concepcion Lazcano, 39-years-old, of Waukesha was arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Sunday, May 15 at 2:46 AM for operating a motor vehicle under the influence. This was Lazcano's 5th offense.

Mr. Lazcano was stopped for suspended registration. Upon making contact with Mr. Lazcano, the trooper detected a strong odor of intoxicants. The trooper administered field sobriety tests and the driver was arrested for suspicion of Operating While Intoxicated.

Mr. Lazcano was taken to Waukesha Memorial for a legal blood draw and was transported to the Waukesha County Jail.
