Waukesha Man Appears in Court after Overdosing with Kids in the Car

In Waukesha, a 33-year old man made his first court appearance on OWI and neglecting children charges.
Last Wednesday, Christopher Koeberl ‘s 8-year-old son called 9-1-1 thinking his dad was dead.
Police said he had overdosed with his three kids in the car.
Bond was set at $5,000 and he was ordered to have no contact with the children.
His preliminary hearing is set for February 16.
