Waukesha County Fair lifts carry-in ban on water bottles due to heat wave

WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Waukesha County Fair is changing its policy on water bottles due to the hot forecast.

The Fair says people can bring in one sealed water bottle or one clear, empty bottle to fill on the grounds. The Fair also says Pepsi will have Gatorade and water and Culligan will have free water samples. Water fountains are located in the Arena Building on the south end of the grounds, and in and around the Forum Marketplace in the middle of the grounds.

There is also a misting tent on the south end of the fairgrounds and two air-conditioned buildings.

The Waukesha County Fair starts Wednesday, July 17 and goes through July 21.
