Waukesha Christmas parade canceled over COVID-19 concerns

WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The City of Waukesha Chamber of Commerce announced Monday, Nov. 16, the city's annual Christmas parade has been canceled this year.
The decision, according to a post by the chamber of commerce on Facebook, is due to the rapid spread of COVID-19 and the record number of cases being recorded daily in the state.
The city hopes to make next year's parade bigger and better than ever.
