Caked in ice in Riverwest Wednesday.
A slippery, icy mess at Locust and Cambridge.
The culprit was a water main break.
Crews were still working on repairs as of the lunch hour.
Traffic is squeezing by. But drivers have to navigate past the heavy equipment.
