Waste to Energy Center opens today

MILWAUKEE -- A new facility will be unveiled in Milwaukee today that will produce energy for hundreds of homes in the area using food and beverage waste.
CBS 58's Sandra Torres joins us from outside the plant with what it will bring to the area.
