A taste of Summer is finally here!!
Temperatures have jumped into the mid-60s this afternoon and are right around our normal high of 66 degrees for today. A light southeast wind will turn due south heading overnight, and this will keep low temperatures into the 40s, and likely keep a frost advisory away.
Frost should also stay away with an increase in cloud cover tonight through early tomorrow morning, which brings in a chance for a few light to moderate showers overnight. By tomorrow late morning, rain should exit, and clouds will decrease through the afternoon. While unlikely, a small chance for an evening storm is possible, but looks to be more of a western WI event.
A chance for some showers will return heading into Saturday, but with a southerly wind, warm air will be pushed in putting temperatures into the 80s, setting the state up for a stronger event possible Sunday as well as Monday.
As of now, the severe threat holds more so for Central and Southern WI for Sunday evening, with an increased chance for severe weather on Monday.
