Warm hearts provide warm bodies at the Chili Weather Coat Drive

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The annual Chili Weather Coat Drive in Milwaukee, an event aimed at supporting individuals and families affected by domestic violence, addiction, mental health issues, homelessness and poverty is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 18 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. It will be hosted by Lowlands Group at Café Hollander on Downer.

Participants donating winter clothing will receive a complimentary cup of chili and a choice between a Lowlands Brewing Collaborative Santa Rampage beer or hot cocoa.

This drive serves to provide support for the Milwaukee Women’s Center, which offers comprehensive services to women, men and children struggling with various challenges.
