Walmart adding alcohol to pick-up service in 8 Wisconsin stores

WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- Walmart will begin offering customers the chance to order wine and beer online and have it delivered to their car at the store.

Customers choose their groceries and adult beverages on Walmart's website or through its app. When the customer comes to pick it up, a Walmart worker will bring their items to their car and check their ID to make sure they can legally buy the alcohol.

Eight Walmart stores in southeast Wisconsin will offer the new service, mostly in suburban areas currently.
