Walker to hold unplanned Press Conference; New York Times reports Walker quitting the Race

Governor Scott Walker is holding an unexpected press conference at 5 PM in Madison.
Press conference will be at the Edgewater hotel in Madison.
The New York Times is reporting Republican supporters are saying Scott Walker will be quitting the Presidential Race.
Once the leader in Iowa, Gov. Scott Walker has dropped to less than half of 1% in a new CNN poll.
