Even though he hasn't officially announced it, Governor Walker has left no doubt he will seek a third term next year.
Only a CBS 58 camera was there when the Governor made the remarks this morning at the 47th Annual National Right to Life Convention in downtown Milwaukee, “I haven't announced, but I'm fairly inclined to run in 2018.”
Walker has said all along he'll hold a campaign kick-off after the state budget is finalized.
The state will continue to operate under the current two-year budget which expires Friday night while lawmakers try to hammer out a new one.
