MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- There was a protest against ICE activity in Madison Wednesday at a major event -- the World Dairy Expo.

Voces de la Frontera announced the rally at the Alliant Energy Center's main gate. 

This comes after last week's arrests by immigration agents of 24 undocumented immigrants.

A statement from the Department of Homeland Security says the arrests followed interviews with victims of a human trafficking and drug trafficking ring. 

Wednesday's protest is at the World Dairy Expo because many of those arrested were reportedly dairy workers.
