SUMMIT, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Family and friends of a car crash victim gathered where their loved one was killed earlier this month.
20-year-old Brianna Gregory was driving to a job interview when she died in a car accident.
It happened in the intersection of Highway 67 and Genessee Lake Road in Summit.
A friend of Brianna's family said another driver rear ended her, pushing her car further into the intersection where another car then collided with Brianna.
The crowd released balloons in her honor, and many are calling for change.
"It could have been preventable if there were certain measures taken serious, and it's sad that she lost her life for us to be out here to make petitions to say 'hey, we need this taken care of, we need this modified of closed down,'" said Kendale Allen, a family friend.
"Personally, I want to see it blocked off or merging lanes where it's not just turning left before you actually have a merging lane where you can turn into, or actually closed off so that you can go up further to turn because it's really not safe," said Shameika Woodson, Brianna's mom.
Friends and family say they are still waiting for the names of the two other drivers and the crash report to be released.
