PEWAUKEE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Pewaukee restaurant owner is facing charges stemming from an incident last week.

Court records show 48-year-old Joshua Goodman, the owner of Doc's Dry Dock, is charged with two counts disorderly conduct, resisting or obstructing an officer, and threatening to cause bodily harm to certain individuals involved with a court or legal system.

According to the criminal complaint, an officer went to the restaurant last Wednesday, Aug. 26, after hearing reports of Goodman getting into heated arguments with his employees.

One employee reportedly told investigators Goodman grabbed his neck during an argument, and another reported Goodman tried to break into her home near the restaurant.

The complaint says the officer who responded noted that he could tell Goodman was drunk. Goodman allegedly resisted the officer's efforts to detain him and threatened to kill the officer.

Goodman's cash bond was set at $500, which court records show he posted.

He's due in court for a hearing on Sept. 16.
