VIDEO: Bear Enters Montana School

BOZEMAN, Mont. – A bear was able to enter a school in Montana on Wednesday morning and wander the halls.

Video shows the bear meandering through Bozeman High School after it got in through an open garage door.

The Bozeman Daily Chronicle reports that the bear was first spotted on the football field, then darted through an open door to the custodial area. It made its way to the long hallway and sniffed around.

Several students and staff members were in the hallway at the time.

Students kept their distance and staff members opened all the doors to give the bear an exit, the Bozeman Daily Chronicle said.

The bear made it outside safely, where law enforcement shooed it into a meadow.
