MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee man who was on the run from police and facing homicide charges has pleaded not guilty.
Victor Cintron appeared in court Tuesday morning for a preliminary hearing.
He's accused of shooting and killing Jose Rodriguez in a traffic light ambush near 27th and Forest Home.
Cintron was later arrested in California. He's due back in court next week.
