WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Waukesha Police Department says they've located the Pontiac Firebird that was reported stolen in the aftermath of a fatal house fire near S. University Drive and Minot last week.
The car was located abandoned in an alleyway by an observant citizen and reported to Milwaukee police.
The Medical Examiner's Office has identified the victim of the fire as 63-year-old Dennis Michael Huelse.
The exact cause of death and circumstances surrounding the fire are still being investigated.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Tim Probst at 262-524-3814.
Huelse's daughter started a GoFundMe page to try and raise money to help the family. She says the family needs help with things like bills and keeping a business Huelse owned running.
There is no word on whether there are any suspects in Huelse's death or what evidence was found with the car. The home remains boarded up.
