WAUKESHA (CBS 58)--Yoga brings body and mind together. And at one Sunday morning class in particular at "Everyday Bliss Yoga & Massage" in Waukesha, veterans meet and work out. Those who both run the free sessions and take part in them say the same thing. It's all to find an internal and external balance and put stress in its place.
Walk ins are welcome to attend the 11 a.m. veterans yoga class. But pre-registering is preferred. Click here to do so. There's a $5 charge for family members and significant others who'd like to participate as well. The non-profit group, HOOAH Inc., helps spearhead this particular event. Everyday Bliss Yoga & Massage is located at 1930 W. Bluemound Road.
