MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Through county documents, the identity of the woman found dead in Olson's mother's house on Nov. 8 is 60-year-old Daun Kihslinger.

A law enforcement source confirmed to CBS 58 that Timothy Olson's mother found a woman dead in Olson's bed Nov. 8, in her home where Olson also lived.

The law enforcement source confirmed Olson then took the dead woman's car and drove it to northern Illinois where he abandoned it Nov. 9.

Kihslinger's stepsister, Cynthia Gonzalez, described the 60-year-old as a beautiful and successful woman.

"She was a very likeable, lovable person. She always had a big smile on her face," said Gonzalez.

According to Kihslinger's death certificate, the 60-year-old died on Nov. 8, at the same address as Olson's mother's home,  but does not list a cause of death.

Gonzalez said her family believes Kihslinger was drugged.

"What I was told from her brother was that Daun had died from drugs given to her by a man she met on a dating app," said Gonzalez.

Racine police did not confirm or deny but said it's an active investigation and would not share additional information to protect the integrity of the case.

Kihslinger's family hopes to see justice served soon.

"I hope he spends the rest of his life in jail," said Gonzalez.

Olson is in custody in Milwaukee County and is facing several charges for several alleged incidents. He is also a person of interest in a death investigation in South Milwaukee.

OIson is expected back in court for a preliminary hearing set for Jan. 24.
