UWM seeking 2020-2021 graduates for special recognition ceremony

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- UW-Milwaukee is seeking graduates for their special recognition ceremony, which will be April 10 at 12:00 p.m.

UWM students who graduated in May 2020, December 2020 and May 2021 are invited to be a part of the ceremony at Panther Arena.

These graduates no longer have UWM email addresses, so it is more difficult to reach them to attend their commencement ceremony.

Graduates who wish to attend should RSVP soon. Those who RSVP by March 20 on the UWM website will receive four guest tickets.

Any guest tickets that aren't downloaded by the given link by April 5 will be first-come first-served.

As part of the ceremony, student's names will be read as they walk across the stage. Cap and gown is optional for graduates.

Students have already received their graduation diplomas. They are encouraged to bring them along for photos.
