MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Cold weather has set in, and that means we all see higher heating bills this time of year.
But heating bills could be even heftier this winter compared to years past.
Avik Chakrabarti, an associate professor of economics at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, joined CBS 58 on Monday, Dec. 13 to talk about how the supply chain issues could cause energy prices to rise.
