UPDATE: Suspect in Kenosha bar shooting turns himself in

Kenosha police say M.L. Dale, a man wanted for the fatal shooting of a 31-year-old female at a Kenosha bar, turned himself in.
According to police, on Saturday at 1:45 a.m. a man walked into Shenanigan's Bar and started shooting. The victim is from Gurnee, Illinois. She was taken to Kenosha Hospital and Medical Care where she later died.
