Update: Sheboygan Police locate parent of three-year-old girl found wandering streets alone

The Sheboygan Police Department has located the parent of a 3-year-old girl who was found Saturday morning.
The girl was found alone in the area of 11th Street and Superior Ave.
No information has been released on how the girl ended up wandering the street.
