UPDATE: Racine County inmate captured

MILWAUKEE-- Authorities in Racine County say after a short foot chase, escapee, Jesus Arroyo was apprehended just after midnight on Monday in the 200 block of Howland Avenue.
Racine County Sheriff's Deputies say 36-year old Arroyo escaped from police before getting booked into the Racine County Jail on Monday.
