UPDATE: Missing 84-year-old man found

BROOKFIELD -- The City of Brookfield Police Department say missing 84-year-old Patrick Looby has been found. Looby was last seen at 11:30 a.m. on September 19.
Police say Looby went to breakfast and hasn't been seen since. Looby is 5'11\" and was last seen wearing a maroon zip-up sweatshirt, dark gray high-tops. Looby has hearing aids, and uses a cane.
According to police, Looby is believed to be suffering from dementia or \"some other\" cognitive impairment.
