UPAF surpasses fund raising goal

MILWAUKEE-\"Wow, it's been an incredible few months for UPAF!\"

That was the declaration made by United Performing Arts Fund President and CEO Deanna L. Tillisch shortly after the final numbers for the 2014 campaign were announced.

\"I'm thrilled to announce that UPAF achieved a record-setting goal of $11,728,476.\"

That is a 5.3% increase over the last two years!

\"I am incredibly proud of and overjoyed by the outpouring of support we've received from the entire region of Southeastern Wisconsin,\" continued Tillisch.

A key part of the fund raising was the annual UPAF Ride for the Arts bike ride along the lakefront.

CBS 58 was a proud media sponsor of the bike ride for the third straight year.
