Two Suffer Burns after House Fire in Fond du Lac

On Thursday, August 18 at 2:42 PM, Fond du Lac Fire Department responded to 143 West Division for a report of a fire in a multi-family residence. Upon arrival crews found small fire on the front lawn and a small fire in the living area in one of the apartments, according to a release from firefighters. 

Firefighters continued to remove smoke from the house. Two of the residents sustained burns and were transported to St. Agnes Hospital. Both patients were treated and released from the hospital. 

All but two residents were allowed back into their apartments. The fire is currently under investigation.
