Two Shot at Villard Food and Liquor; Milwaukee Police Searching for Suspect

A shooting occurred at Villard Food and Liquor on Tuesday around 12:30 PM.
The store is located at 5123 West Villard Avenue.
Milwaukee Police said the shooting happened in the doorway to the store.
The victims, a 23-year-old Milwaukee man and a 24-year-old Milwaukee man, were approached by a male suspect and following an altercation, the suspect shot both victims.
The victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The suspect fled on foot from the scene and MPD is currently searching for him.
