Two hurt in fire near 70th and Arthur

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Two people are hurt after a fire early Sunday morning.
Authorities say they were called to a home near 70th and Arthur around 2:07 a.m. Fire officials tell CBS 58 two people were initially trapped, however, one did finally get out on their own and the other jumped from a second story window. Those two people were taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
The Milwaukee Fire Department says there was an oxygen line and a cigarette involved, with several tanks exploding and making it extremely dangerous for firefighters.
Two cats perished in the fire and damage estimates are approximately $190,000.
