Two from Milwaukee arrested after home invasion in West Allis

WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Two people from Milwaukee have been arrested after a home invasion in West Allis.

West Allis Police were called to a home near 60th and Greenfield around 2:48 p.m. Sunday for a report of a robbery.

Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who said a man entered his home through the open door, displayed a firearm, and demanded money and belongings.

The suspect got away with the man's belongings.

During the investigation, officers took a 40-year-old Milwaukee man and a 39-year-old Milwaukee woman into custody.

The investigation remains ongoing.

Police are not searching for any other suspects at this time.
