Two dead after head-on crash in Dane County

MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) — Friday morning around 10:30 Dane County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a two car head-on crash on State Highway 19 at River Road in Westport.
The car that caused that crashed was driving east on Highway 19 and witnesses said the car was driving recklessly and passing cars on the gravel shoulder. The car lost control and crossed the center line hitting a minivan driving west.
The driver of the car that caused the crash along with a passenger in the minivan were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the minivan was airlifted to the hospital.
