BROOKFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- An arrest warrant has been issued for two people charged in a fight at the Mission BBQ restaurant in the town of Brookfield last March.
21-year-old Sibany Thomas and 22-year-old Carlos Cheshier were supposed to make a court appearance on Monday, but never showed up.
The two were working at the restaurant at the time of the fight.
According to the criminal complaint, they got into a fight with other workers over a free food offer. Some injuries were reported.

BROOKFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Two people are charged with battery and disorderly conduct for a fight at the Mission BBQ restaurant in Brookfield in March.
Twenty-one-year-old Sibany Thomas and 22-year-old Carlos Cheshier were working at the restaurant on March 30.
According to the criminal complaint, the two got into a fight with other workers over a free food offer. The fight consisted of flying fists and at least one thrown bottle, resulting in non-life threatening injuries.
