MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A trial has been put on hold in the case of the jazz club worker accused of killing his boss.
Jason Small is charged with first-degree intentional homicide for the death of Don Lewis, the owner of the 'Young Urban Jazz Cafe.'
Police say last October, Small and the victim argued about pay leading up to the killing.
The accused was originally reported missing but when officers tracked him down, they found evidence including surveillance footage from inside the cafe on the day of the murder.
Now, the trial is postponed until April.
