In a release sent to CBS 58 news, Transit Union President James Macon said unresolved contract issues for Milwaukee County transit employees, \"have resulted to a strong possibility of another 'Work Stoppage' that may be extensive.\"
Macon says the decision is based on the outcome of negotiation talks and \"the refusal of Milwaukee County Transit System not willing to arbitrate.\"
The County maintains it has already given the union their best contract offer.
