Toy donations needed for USO Wisconsin’s Operation Christmas


MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- USO Wisconsin, a nonprofit organization that assists military personnel through the state, will be holding the 5th annual 'Operation Christmas' on December 8 from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Milwaukee County War Memorial in downtown Milwaukee.

A toy donation drive for the event is underway now through Saturday, December 1. Starbucks, Northwestern Mutual, and Cintas are collecting toys.

The public is welcome to drop off donations at any Starbucks location in Wisconsin or at the War Memorial. In addition to gifts for children ages one to 17, USO Wisconsin is in need of gift cards, (grocery, restaurant and retail stores), and educational gifts.
