WAUWATOS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Nothing says summer in southeast Wisconsin quite like a summer concert series. Celebrating 25 yeras this season, Wauwatosa's Tosa Tonight returns! CBS 58 was joined by Tosa Tonight Marketing Director Mike Collins ands and Black Shoe Hospitality Group Dan Sidner to tell us about the history of the fun event.
