“While Tomah VA has taken steps to implement needed changes there is still work to be done. With the release of their 100-Day Plan the Tomah VA will continue to work towards implementing a collaborative approach that allows more feedback from veterans and families about the treatment they are receiving. We all need to be sharing in the same goal of improving the care and treatment our veterans have earned and deserve, and this 100-Day Plan continues to takes us in the right direction.”
