Time Warner internet outage affecting parts of Midwest

Thousands of Time Warner Cable customers are without internet.
The Milwaukee area has a significant number of outages and the issue extends up to Green Bay.
There are also outages in Ohio and Kentucky.
Time Warner has said on its TWC Help twitter page that it is aware of the issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
