MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A time capsule buried in 1963 when workers first broke ground on the modern day Milwaukee VA Medical Center is now on display.
The capsule was accidentally dug up by construction workers in 2015.
The capsule includes newspaper clippings, a mercury thermometer, coins, and other keepsakes.
Construction workers initially thought the time capsule was garbage and almost threw it away.
