Three hurt after car crash near 68th and Capitol
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating an accident where a speeding vehicle crashed into another car, causing the car to crash into a building, roll over and strike a tree near 68th and Capitol around 1:10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 29.
According to officials, a 19-year-old Milwaukee man was driving the striking vehicle at the time of the accident. He sustained serious injuries and is currently in stable condition.
An additional occupant of the striking vehicle, a 17-year-old Milwaukee boy, also sustained serious injuries and is currently in critical condition.
The driver of the other vehicle, a 73-year-old Milwaukee man, had minor injuries and refused medical treatment.
Police are seeking additional occupants of the striking vehicle that fled the scene.
