Former West Bend City Administrator Thomas Justice is going to prison for 18 months.
He was sentenced today for soliciting a child for prostitution, specifically a 16-year-old girl with whom he'd exchanged explicit text messages.
Justice resigned from his position with the city after the messages were discovered last year.
His sentence today includes 2 years of extended supervision after he finishes his prison term.
