Some new apprentices have a big job.
WRTP/ Big Step is a one stop shop to find a career in the trade.
Those new carpenter grads found out they'll be working on the new Bucks arena complex.
They also met some of the people they'll see out on the job site including Mayor Tom Barrett and the owner of Wall-tech Inc. which is the company building the arena.
"This is much more than just a training program, we're building careers, making differences in their lives, giving them skills, and a trade that they can learn for a lifetime," said President of Wall-tech Pete Braun.
The roof of the new arena was installed a few weeks ago. Officials say it's on track to open in time for the 2018 season.
