Thiensville residents displaced after broken water pipe causes ceiling collapse

THIENSVILLE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The winter storm is continuing to cause issues across the area.
Every person at the White Coach Court condos is displaced because of a broken water pipe.
It happened Tuesday night, Feb. 16.
The pipe caused the ceiling to fall.
