There's Still Time to Get On the Fun at Milwaukee Beer Week

There's still time to get in on the fun as Milwaukee Beer Week comes to a close.

Milwaukee Beer Week is celebrating its 7th year with the biggest, boldest line-up of events yet.

Taking place in and around Milwaukee April 16 – 23, the eight-day extravaganza will play host to over 100 events designed for sampling and experiencing incredible craft brews from Wisconsin and across the country.

New and improved this year is the Milwaukee Beer Week app.

Updated based on feedback from last year, the app will now allow users to easily check in at events, without the need to scan QR codes.

Available for Download on iTunes and Google play, the mobile technology will once again help users to effortlessly navigate the eight day event list by date, venue, location or brewery and create a personalized digital itinerary right on their mobile device.

An interactive map tool offers for easy navigation to event locations. In addition, a printable schedule events will be offered.

Hank Olsen of Founder Brewing Company stopped by the CBS 58 News at 4 p.m. before heading out to his "beer dinner."
